As said in the picture, this was inspired by The Blue Lagoon(Which I have yet to fully watch).
This is kind of an extension of Khialat's Shanti's Pregnancy picture. Where Shanti flirts to "Get it on." And before you ask, they are 18-19 years old in this picture, it's not child pornography.
