Baloo: I have a feeling that many monkeys would walk into his mouth tonight for his supper.
Mowgli: But how can he do all of those at once? I glimpsed at him making those silly circles.
Baloo: That's his powerful hypnosis weapon that's more than just his swirly colorful eyes. He has a dance move called Dance to the Hunger of Kaa. He can create quite a beat, that even I'm almost entranced to it.
Bagheera: But it's not a beat you really want to join in. He can writhe his long coils into loops, figure eights, triangles, squares. As well as turn in circles on the ground while weaving his head left to right.
Baloo: Then you'll be as still in his trance, unable to move a hand or foot without his orders. Bagheera: And when he orders you to follow...
Baloo: Or else we'll be gone, man. Solid gone. (Snaps his arms like a snapping mouth to give a jump scare) WHAM!
Mowgli (Gasps, but then laughs nervously): With a sore bump on his nose too. Ha!
(The two laughed at their own wit, but Bagheera the panther faces sternly at Baloo and Mowgli)
Bagheera (Roaring): You better not joke about Kaa's sore nose or bruised coils! He got them sore because he saved you, like my ears and sides and paws are. Along with Baloo's neck and shoulders as well.
(After some silence)
I'm very disappointed with you Mowgli and very disappointed with you too Baloo. What do you have to say for yourselves?
Mowgli (Quivers nervously): I'm...sorry.
Bagheera (Growling): You should be sorry!  We've lost many hours of hunting because you had to play with the Bander-log!
Mowgli (Sadly): It's true, I've been a very naughty boy.
Baloo: Hey Baggy, you don't have to be so hard on him. Besides it's good we have our man-cub back.
Bagheera: But the Law of the Jungle says he must be punished, even if he's sorry. So Mowgli,  you are grounded for a week.
Mowgli: Yes Bagheera... I guess I deserve any punishment I get.
Bagheera: Now jump on my back Little Brother...We're going home. (Clears her throat and motions to Baloo)   Come with me Baloo, I need a word with you.
Baloo (Nervously): Yes... Baggy.
That night Mowgli returned home as he slept on Bagheera's back after a long day of adventure with the Bandar Log. He slept so soundly that he barely waked him up when she rolled him back into the wolves' cave. Baloo slept deeply as always, snoring from time to time and dreaming of sweet honey and ripe fruit from the trees. Only Bagheera stayed awake to keep watch in case of if any of the remaining Bander-Log monkeys that escaped would return. Thankfully they were far south, doubtlessly searching through the treetops of the escaped man-cub. She smiled to her contempt that they wouldn't dare enter the Seonee territory.
Knowing they would rush back and forth, screeching mindlessly to each other, and would immediately forget what they were doing by morning. She knew that they were unaware on how many of the members were currently being Kaa's dinner. The sky paled and went gray, the stars were starting to dim. Bagheera knew she had to have a stern talking to with Baloo. So, she tapped Baloo on the shoulder to wake him up. The bear didn't stir. She rolled her eyes and prodded more harder this time.
Bagheera(Whispering): Psst....Wake up, I want to talk to you.
Baloo(Yawns): Aw Baggy...do we need to do this? It's still dark.
Bagheera: Get up! It's important.
Baloo(Dismissively): Oh sure, sure, It's always important.
Bagheera: You've noticed that Mowgli has man's ability to get himself into trouble. And with your influence isn't helping him either, and you know it.
Baloo: Shhh...You'll wake up my little buddy, he had a long day, it was a real sockaroo. It isn't that easy learning to be like me.
Bagheera: Pah! Such a disgraceful performance. It's just as bad as those insane, undesirable, and scattered-brain Bandar-Log. I hope Kaa would teach their king some sense on why you shouldn't mess with the Law of the Jungle. And I hope Mowgli also learned something from this experience...
Baloo: But it'll pass like any other day.
Bagheera (Whispering to herself): No... nonsense.... (Walks over to a tree by a nice pond. Baloo was watching Raksha give Mowgli and his wolf siblings some loving nuzzles before she let them sleep for the night) Ahem, Baloo. Get over here, I like to have a word with you.
Baloo (Getting up from lying by a tree near the wolf den): A word? Ah...come on. Do you want to talk some more? (Stretches and yawns) Alright, Baggy  what is it?
Bagheera: Baloo, the man-cub needs to know the Laws of the Jungle, or else the jungle isn't a safe place for him.
Baloo (Gulping some grapes): Well, I grew up in the jungle, take a look at me.
Bagheera: Yes, take a look at yourself, look at your eye.
They both look at their reflections in the water, both had black eyes.
Baloo: Yeah...it's beautiful ain't it. Just like the grapes I'm having.
Bagheera: More like disreputable sight.
Baloo: Well, you don't look like a basket of fruits yourself.
Bagheera: D'oh! (Sputters) Baloo, Mowgli may be your pupil but he's not your son. He's Rama's son.
Baloo: Why not, don't a teacher got to develop a relation with his students?
Bagheera: Well, yes, but not like...Oh, how do I put it... Baloo, birds of a feather flock together. Like seeks like. You wouldn't marry a she-wolf or a panther, would you?
Baloo: I don't know...ha-ha. I know different species don't always mix, but then again, no panther ever asked me. Ha-ha.
Bagheera: Baloo, you've got to be more serious about this.
Baloo: Oh, stop worrying Baggy, stop worrying. I'll take better care of him.
Bagheera (Sarcastically): Yes, like you did when the Bandar Log monkeys kidnapped him.
Baloo: But can't a guy make one mistake?
Bagheera: NOT in the jungle. And another thing, sooner or later Mowgli would have to face off Shere Khan.
Baloo: So, what about that tiger?
Bagheera: He hates men with a vengeance, you know that. Because of his fear of men's gun and men's Red Flower. He was responsible for killing off his own parents and he was there when you, I and Singh accepted him into the pack.
Baloo: It has been a while admittedly. But Mowgli doesn't have any of those things like that. So why harm him?
Bagheera: Shere Khan won't wait until he does, and he'll still get him when he's young and helpless. Just one swipe (Slashes her retracted claws to demonstrate)
Baloo: Ooh!-okj
Bagheera: ....and he's seriously injured to the point that he would strike and crush his throat. He'll stop at nothing until he finally has him as his prey.
Baloo: But what are we going to do?
Bagheera: We have to do what's best for the boy.
Baloo: You name it and I'll do it.
Bagheera: Good, then you have to teach him all the Laws of the Jungle by yourself from now on until he's capable of being on his own. I've done enough of my share of teaching him. Because if he doesn't, he'll remain in danger.
Baloo: But why me?
Bagheera: Well, he just won't listen to me, it's always Ol' Papa Bear to the rescue whenever I get into an argument with him. You try to defend him while I get accused of constantly berating him like I'm a pompous military sergeant like Hathi.
Baloo: I love that kid; I loved him like he was my own cub.
Bagheera: Well, think about what's best for Mowgli instead of yourself. You know we can't always be there to protect him forever once he grows up.
(Baloo still feels worried, the panther sighs)
Look I know it'll be nice, and no doubt about it to have great fun to have the man-cub with you. But do you love him enough to do what's best for him? Do you love him enough to make sure he understands that this place isn't always a paradise where you can do whatever you want.
Baloo: Well can't...can't I wait until morning?
Bagheera: It's morning now. (Baloo looked around in disbelief on how much time had passed) Go on, Baloo.
Baloo felt conflicted but he had to what's right. Soon as it was morning, he slowly approached the wolves' den to wake up Mowgli out of his sleep.
Baloo: Um... (Looks back to Bagheera, who motions Baloo to carry on) Oh boy...Mowgli, Mowgli? It's time to wake up.
Mowgli (Wakes up and stretches): Morning Baloo...
Baloo: Morning....Hey, rub that sleep out of your eyes. You mind if you and me.... I want to talk to you. Why don't we take a walk together...
Mowgli: May I Mother?
Raksha: Of course, but please stay in his sight.
Mowgli: Swell! Gee, we will have lots of fun together.
Baloo (Feeling a little ambivalent for what he needs to do, but still tries to keep an upbeat appearance): Sure, yeah, yeah...OK let's hit the trail. See you later... Bagheera.
Mowgli: See you later Father and Mother. And goodbye Bagheera. Me and Baloo got lots of things to do.
Raksha: See you two later and remember to come back for supper time.
Bagheera: Good luck you two...I just hope he can get him to understand this.
Rama: I'm sure he will. He always listens to his favorite teacher.
Bagheera: Hopefully on what's the most important and not learn the wrong way.
Mowgli: What is it Ol' Papa Bear...
Baloo: Well, uh...it's sort of new...and...
Mowgli: Oh, I don't care what it is, as long as I'm with you.
Baloo: Look, Mowgli. There's something I got to tell you.
Mowgli (Sees a butterfly and decides to follow it out of curiosity): Tell me what, Baloo?
Baloo (To himself, nervously scratching himself): Gee-wiz, how did Old Baggy put it... Uh...Uh, Mowgli...Ha, you wouldn't want to marry a panther, would you?
Mowgli: Gee I don't know what you're talking about. (Leaps at the butterfly and misses) Rawr!
Baloo: Little Brother, please listen to me...
Mowgli (Jumping on Baloo's back and tries to wrestle with him): Come on Baloo! Let's fight!
Baloo: Mowgli, wait, stop it now, can you hold still?
(But the child was still fooling around on Baloo's body)
Mowgli: Circle and weave!
Baloo: Can you hold still, I want to tell you something, now listen to me please! (Grabs him with his paw and plants him to the ground firmly) OK...now that you're still, I want to say I'm sorry...
Mowgli (Finds it funny that Baloo when he was serious): Sorry about what?
Baloo: Well, I wanted to say I'm sorry about what happened last night...
Mowgli: Oh, I see...
Baloo: I'm sorry about what happened yesterday. I should've listened to Bagheera on teaching you more often instead of fooling around.
Mowgli: And I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused for you last night. I now see why I should be more careful.
Baloo: That's good, we both learned a lot yesterday, didn't we?
Mowgli: You sure said it right.
From that point on Baloo mostly focused on teaching Mowgli the Laws of the Jungle. Mowgli, fortunately, knew he had to be more careful around strange animals that he didn't know. So, he didn't hesitate to listen, he really wanted to be one of the jungle.
As for King Louie, he had to suffer watching his hypnotized troops getting eaten by the mighty rock python. But he still plans to get the Red Flower to conquer the Jungle.

This kind of a midquel to Khialat and Kinghuffy2's The Jungle Book. So feel free to critique if I need to fix, add, or remove some things that could help improve it. Thank you if you do.
